This is what I call street style humor. If you've never watched the late 80's/ 90's show Roseanne, then you wont find the humor in the tee shirt, or why she (Roseanne, who is the woman on the shirt) is referred to as ratchet. Nonetheless, a great show and a comfy tee worn for this outfit.
